Prevalence of Burnout and Its Detrimental Effects Among Workers

When it comes to managing their workforce, one of the most difficult difficulties that organizations encounter is burnout among employees. This study sought examine level and factors contributing employees in Johor state health department, Malaysia determine association between sociodemographic. was a cross-sectional 282 from State department. 22-item Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) developed measure emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment. Descriptive analysis undertaken parametric test conducted establish relationship data indicated on MBI, majority respondents have moderate degree exhaustion (55.8%), High depersonalization (55.8%) low accomplishment (62.2%).
